All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Customized items may require up to 7 business days.

- Delivery Time:  
Delivery across Lebanon typically takes 1–3 business days after processing. We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

- Shipping Fees:  
Flat rate delivery fees may apply depending on location. Final cost will be shown at checkout.

- Order Tracking:  
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).

- Packaging:  
All products are securely packaged to protect against damage during transit.

- Damaged Items:  
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
