Our workshop is open to your work. Three machines, cutting and engraving stone, wood, metal and acrylic. Send us a file and we produce it, or book time on the machines and run it yourself.

Deco Block has been cutting and finishing stone in Lebanon since 1988. We are known for marble, but the floor does far more than marble. The same machines that make our own collection are available to architects, designers, fabricators and brands who need work done properly.

Send your file

You send drawings and material. We quote, cut, finish and hand over a finished piece. Suited to production runs, one-off commissions and prototypes.

Book machine time

You work on our machines with our operator present. Suited to makers and studios who want control over the process and their own material.

The machines

Each machine does one thing better than the other two. Tell us what you are making and we will tell you which one it belongs on.

Waterjet

Cuts precisely, using water.

A high pressure jet of water cuts straight through hard material. There is no heat, so nothing burns, warps or discolours at the edge. This is the machine for inlay, curves, tight tolerances and thick stone.

Cuts marble, granite, stone, metal, glass and acrylic. It does not cut wood.

CNC router

Engraves precisely, on hard material.

Carving, lettering, relief work, shaped edges and profiles, cut to a drawing and repeatable across a run.

Marble is what we are known for, but the CNC works wood just as well, which makes it the machine for furniture parts, panels and signage.

Laser

Engraves fine detail.

Lettering, logos, monograms, patterns and small parts, marked into the surface at a level of detail the other two machines cannot reach.

Used on its own, or as the finishing pass on a piece cut elsewhere in the workshop.

Sizes, thicknesses and file formats depend on the job. Send us what you have in mind and we will confirm what the machines can take.

How a job runs

Send the file

Drawing, material, quantity and deadline. A rough sketch is enough to start.

We quote

Price and lead time, with anything in the file that will not cut flagged before you commit.

You approve

A deposit confirms the slot. Your job enters the schedule with a fixed date.

Collect or delivered

Pick up from the workshop, or we deliver anywhere in Lebanon.

What to send with your enquiry

  • Your fileA vector drawing where you have one. A scanned sketch is fine for a first conversation.
  • MaterialTell us what you want it cut from, or ask us to source it.
  • Dimensions and quantityFinished size of the piece and how many you need.
  • DeadlineWhen you need it in hand, not when you need it started.

Send us the job

Every job is quoted individually. Material, thickness and detail change the price too much for a rate card to be honest.

Workshop visits by appointment.
