At DecoBlock, each piece is handcrafted with care. If you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

- Returns:  
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for non-customized items only. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

- Non-Returnable Items:  
Custom-engraved or made-to-order products are non-refundable unless damaged during delivery.

- Refunds:  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.

- Damaged Orders:  
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

- Return Shipping:  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
